Dedicated Rheumatology Specialists

Our rheumatology clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals living with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions. Our team of experienced providers works collaboratively to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment focused on long-term health and quality of life. We offer on-site diagnostic services—including laboratory testing through LabCorp, X-ray imaging, and musculoskeletal ultrasound—to support timely evaluation and care coordination. An in-house infusion suite is available for the administration of specialty medications when indicated as part of an individualized treatment plan, allowing services to be coordinated within the clinic when appropriate.

Our Journey

Our Beginnings:

Founded in 2009 by Dr. Sanjay Garg, our clinic began with a simple but powerful mission: to provide high-quality, compassionate rheumatologic care to the Cumberland County community. In its earliest days, the practice consisted of just two exam rooms and Dr. Garg as the sole provider. Through steady growth, a commitment to clinical excellence, and deep roots in the local community, the clinic has expanded into a modern facility spanning more than 5,000 square feet and is now home to four dedicated providers. Today, we are proud to be the largest rheumatology clinic in Cumberland County, continuing to build on the same patient-centered values that guided our founding
